Resident Opportunity & Self-Sufficiency Program (ROSS)
The Resident Opportunity & Self-Sufficiency Service Coordinator (ROSS-SC) grant program is designed to assist residents of Public Housing to make progress toward economic and housing self-sufficiency by removing the educational, professional, and health barriers they face.
Case Management/Coaching: The ROSS-SC program provides general case management to residents which includes intake, assessment, education, and referrals to service providers in the local community and/or subcontractors.
Family Self-Sufficiency Program
Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) is a HUD program that matches Housing Assistance Families (Public Housing and Section 8) with Existing Community Services to Achieve Economic Self-Sufficiency. Learn More.
