Sign-up to Receive Bid, RFP and RFQ Notices
The City of Oxnard Purchasing Division has launched a pilot program that allows vendors to register online to receive notices of all Requests for Bids (RFBs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) issued by the City, and to update their contact information.
Once registered, vendors will receive email updates whenever new RFBs, RFPs, and RFQs are posted to the City’s website.
Vendors are advised that, when providing information and establishing user accounts, the person and email account that is designated to receive the email updates will be considered as the vendor’s point of contact. It is the responsibility of each vendor to update its vendor registration profile in the event any information should change in the future. The City will not be responsible for failed notice communications as a result of incorrect or outdated vendor contact information.
