You may now come into the Computer Lab and use computers for an
unlimited time with payment of $3.00 per hour.

Introduction to Computers This class is for beginners and involves an introduction to the Windows environment, computer equipment basics, and practice using a mouse to operate Notepad.

Introduction to the MouseThis class is for people who would like to learn how to use a computer mouse or learn more about it. Students will complete a self-paced tutorial on using the mouse.

Introduction to Microsoft Word Learn to use the basic features of this word processing software to type letters or reports.

Learn what is the Internet, the World Wide Web, a Web browser, and a search engine. Begin doing searches and learn how to print from the Internet.

Internet II This class will demonstrate how to create a search query using Google, and show how to save information to a floppy disk.

Internet III This class will explain how to do a Boolean search and delve into the more advanced features of Google.
Introduction to MS Excel This is a spreadsheet program which allows one to create lists, address books, budgets, etc. *This is a fast-paced class geared towards people who are experienced and comfortable with using a computer. |
