The 5 year CIP plan
5 year CIP plans provide the roadmap for how the city will protect and enhance our public infrastructure.
The projects identified in the CIP include those in critical need and those in response to community identified and Council selected priorities such as: restoring proper street paving cycles and repairing alleys; ensuring adequate future water supply; protecting the public’s safety; providing recreational opportunities such as the South Oxnard Aquatics Center; and improving the City’s ability to respond quickly and effectively to natural disasters. The CIP does not address maintenance work.
