Reminder: Mobile Home Park Rent Stabilization Program Administrative Fees are due the 10th of the month for which you are collecting the rent. (E.g. January admin fees are due to Mobile Home Park Rent Stabilization Program on or before January 10. It would not be current if owner waits until the following month because not all of the tenants have paid by that time.
For your convenience, if you should ever find that you do not have a “Monthly Administrative Fee Report” NCR form to submit your administrative fees for the park each month by the 10th of the month for the rents you are collecting; you may use this fillable .pdf form. Click the link below and fill in your information just as previously.
Please save the document to your computer. Print out three copies of the form. Mark one for City Treasurer; the second one mark for MHPRS; the last is for your hard copy files. Mail the two copies (City Treasurer and MHPRS) to the Oxnard City Treasurer:

The Bureau of Labor Statistics has published the Consumer Price Index data for the month of August 2019. For the Los Angeles–Riverside-Orange County region, the C.P.I. for all Urban Consumers (CPI-U) was 266.665.
In accordance with the Oxnard City Code, the permissible C.P.I. rent increase for calendar year 2019 is calculated as follows:
August 2018 C.P.I.: 266.665
Minus August 2017 C.P.I.: -256.739
Equals Net Change in C.P.I. 9.926
Divided by August 2017 C.P.I.: /256.739
Equals decimal change in C.P.I.: .0387
Pursuant to Ordinance No. 2475, the permissible 2019 increase will be 3.87%.
