Residents living in these units pay rent directly to the Housing Authority. Rents are based on 30% of family’s adjusted annual income. Rents are based solely on adjusted annual income or the flat rent option by the family and not on the size of unit occupied.
Residents do not pay utilities thru this program, only rent and a fee for basic cable. A security deposit is required and very affordable for those interested.
