OXNARD, CA – Residents and businesses are reminded that due to the holiday season, City Hall and many City departments will have limited hours or will be closed as follow:
• Monday, Dec. 24 – City offices will be open from 8 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
• Tuesday, Dec. 25 – City offices will be closed
• Monday, Dec. 31 – City offices will be open from 8 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
• Tuesday, Jan. 1 – City offices will be closed
Police and Fire department personnel will be on duty to provide patrol, fire, paramedic and other emergency services for the holiday. For life threatening emergencies, always call 9-1-1. “If you See Something, Say Something” by calling the Oxnard Police Department at (805) 385-7740 for non-emergencies. Residents are reminded that Spanish translators are available, and callers can report a crime or suspicious activity anonymously.
The Environmental Resources Division of the Public Works Department advises that residential collection will be delayed by one day after both the Christmas and New Year’s Day holidays. Please set your carts out one day after your regular collection day.
Utility customers can pay their water, sewer and refuse bills everyday between 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. using the following two methods:

The Library Division of the Cultural and Community Services Department will be closed Dec. 25, 2018 and Jan. 1, 2019. The Colonia Branch Library will be closed on Dec. 31, 2018.
The Carnegie Art Museum, 424 S. C Street, will be closed Dec. 25 and Jan. 1, 2019.
Both the box office and business office at the Oxnard Performing Arts and Convention Center, 800 Hobson Way, will be closed Dec. 24, Dec. 25 and Jan. 1, 2019. The box office will be open Dec. 26 and Dec. 31.
