The Fire Prevention Division, under the leadership of the Fire Marshal, is responsible for fire, life, and environmental safety throughout the City of Oxnard. The Division’s goal of safeguarding the community from fire and environmental hazards and making the City a safer place to live, work, and visit, is achieved through:

Construction Documents
Submit printed Construction Documents to the Permit Center at the Building Department.

Include the Building Permit Application with your submittal.
When changes have been made during the construction, a revised set of construction documents is required to be submitted. Submit the revised plans to the Permit Center. Include the Revision to Approved form with your submittal.
