Mission

The Administrative Services Branch will coordinate and perform vital administrative, financial, and technology services for the Public Works Department. As a key partner in major initiatives across the Department, this branch will facilitate and support a broad array of activities to external stakeholders and internal customers.

The Administrative Services Branch will the information systems, budget and financial analysis, and purchasing and procurement needs of the Department. Critical functions include:

• Customer Service
• Administrative Support to Executive Staff
• Information Access Systems
• Budget Development, Monitoring, and Control
• Process Improvements
• Purchasing, Procurement, and Contract Administration (other than for capital improvements)
• Recruitment
