Please review the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) of use for the City of Oxnard Websites. By using the City of Oxnard’s website (the “Site”), you hereby agree to be bound by all of the Terms and Conditions contained herein.
The City of Oxnard (“City”) has created and designed the Site for the purpose of communicating general information with users of the Site and the residents of the City.

UNAUTHORIZED COPYING, REPRODUCTION, REPUBLISHING, UPLOADING, DOWNLOADING, POSTING, TRANSMITTING OR DUPLICATING ANY OF THE MATERIAL IS PROHIBITED. You may download or copy any downloadable material displayed on the Site for home, noncommercial, and personal use only, provided that you maintain all copyright, trademark, or other notices contained in the material and you agree to abide by all additional copyright notices, trademark notices, information, or restrictions contained in any material accessed through the Site.
3. CITY’S RIGHT TO MODIFY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The City reserves the right to modify, update, or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your agreement to comply with such modifications, updates, or alterations of the Terms and Conditions.
4. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California as applied to agreements made and to be performed entirely therein. The material included on or available through the Site may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically added to the material on the Site. The City may make improvements and/or changes to the Site at any time. The City does not represent or warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or the server that makes it available, are free of viruses or other harmful components. The City makes no representation about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, or accuracy of the Site for any purpose.
