Volvo and Harbor Landscape Maintenance District (No.20) was formed within the City on June 21, 1994. The district generally consists of property south of W. Hueneme Road, east of the railroad tracks and west of Edison Drive. Assessments are imposed exclusively to finance capital costs, maintenance, and operation expenses associated with the repairs to trees, shrubs, and ground cover.maintenance.
