March 4, 2016 by Juan Cortes Date: 1/8/2016 Press Releases Contact: Public Works Department (805) 385-8280 City of Oxnard to host second Utility Services Community Conversation sponsored by the Inter-Neighborhood Council Organization (INCO) The City of Oxnard will host the second of two Community Conversation events next week to address concerns residents may have regarding the City’s Water, Wastewater and Solid Waste utility services and the proposed rate increases for these utilities. The Community Conversation will be held during an Inter Neighborhood Council Organization (INCO) special meeting. The purpose of the meeting is to provide residents and businesses with direct access to the City staff that work at each utility on a daily basis, and provide a significant amount of time for questions and answers regarding the utility services and the proposed utility rate increases. The conversation will include a presentation by newly appointed Public Works Director, Daniel Rydberg.
