Access our HTE/CentralSquare System
- This will require a City issued Laptop or Chromebook with VPN configured. We do not allow non-City devices to connect via a VPN connection due to security concerns.
- Click Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client program and connect to the city network.
- Launch Chrome browser and type https://hte5.oxnard.org:8100/ into the address bar. No special software is required except Chrome. It is working well with Chromebook without HTE emulator.
