Assessment District 2001-1
Rice Avenue/Highway 101 Interchange
The City of Oxnard (the “City”) established Assessment District No. 2001-1 (Rice Avenue/Highway 101 Interchange) (the “District”) and issued Limited Obligation Improvement Bonds (the “Original Bonds”) to finance improvements generally consisting of a new 8-lane over-crossing, northbound and southbound on- and off-ramps connecting to U.S. Highway 101, Ventura Boulevard realignment, traffic signals at each ramp, landscaping, irrigation, decorative lighting and railing, public art, sidewalks, curbs, gutters and pedestrian and bicycle paths. The improvements include all required rights-of-way and easements, and will be constructed, acquired and/or installed in accordance with the plans and specifications.
