American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP)
The City of Oxnard has been awarded nearly 2.7 million dollars from the American Rescue Plan (ARP) through the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) to provide housing services and shelter to individuals and families experiencing homelessness and other vulnerable populations.
