One-hour classes meet two or three times weekly in community locations. Participants move at their own speed, deciding how much weight they can lift and when to increase it. Weights are provided in class.

Participant survey results show that among those taking two or more bone density tests since joining RSVP Bone Builders, over 40% have improved their bone density. And more than 85% say they’ve made new friends since joining the class.

Instructors Needed: We are always looking for new volunteer instructors so we can expand our program to meet demand. Our seven-hour instructor training is offered quarterly.
